Christopher earned both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Public Policy from Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to working for the City of Detroit as the director of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.detroitmi.gov\/disability\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Office of Disability Affairs<\/a>, Christopher worked for several nonprofit organizations, in higher education, and the legislative government.
